HOW WE ARE FIGHTING COVID-19

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A REGULAR CLEAN?

Do’s:

  • Kitchen: clean sink out, wipe and sanitize counter tops, wipe cabinet faces upper and lower, stove top and front of stove, inside microwave, shine exterior appliances, wipe kitchen table.

  • Floors are vacuumed and mopped

  • Bathroom: toilet is cleaned and sanitized, shower/tub basin cleaned, shower walls/glass doors cleaned, counter tops wiped and sanitized, mirror, sink sanitized, exterior vanity wiped.

  • Bedroom: shelving dusted, nightstands dusted, bed frames dusted, tidy up bed, clean mirrors, dust blinds

  • All window sills will be wiped

  • Ceiling fans will be dusted with a stiffer duster.

 

Don’ts:

  • All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)

  • No blinds, interior appliances, interior cabinets, no baseboards, no windows (these can be added on as extras or are included in deep cleans)

  • If bed linens are to be changed it must be requested before the scheduled cleaning and all linens must be removed from the bed prior to visit. New linens should be placed on the bed so the cleaners can make the bed. We will not seek out bed linens.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A DEEP CLEAN?

Do’s:

  • Everything included in a regular clean + some extras

  • Baseboards

  • Light switches & Door handles

  • Detailed Dusting

  • Back Splashes and Faucet Fixtures are polished

  • Extra time included for high detail areas

 

Don’ts:

  • All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost) ex: Laundry and windows not included. Inside oven and fridge not included.

WHAT'S INCLUDED ON A MOVE OUT / MOVE IN CLEAN

When booking a Move Out or Move In clean, you can expect a comprehensive cleaning. This is our most detailed package and includes 4 of the 7 extra services we offer which you can add to any level of service. These extras include: Inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, and all interior windows. This clean is intended to restore the home to a clean and sanitized home ready for the next occupants to move right in. May even save you your security deposit.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If you cancel 24 hours before you'r scheduled booking time you will not be charged.

 

If you cancel within 24 hours, it is a non refundable $50 charge to the credit card on file. In order to reschedule or book another appointment the $50 cancellation/travel fee must be paid first.

If you cancel two consecutive cleanings you will be removed from the schedule. If you would like to be put back on the schedule you will be charged an initial cleaning fee.

Schedule changes and cancellations must be made during business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. After hours calls or texts will not be acknowledged or considered received until 9am the following business day.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Our hours of operation are:
Monday – Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

Appointments are scheduled in 2 hour arrival windows to accommodate for cleanings that take a little longer, traffic, and parking issues. You will receive a text when the cleaning technicians are on their way to your home. 

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME WHEN THE CLEANERS ARRIVE OR DEPART?

No you do not! With the current health pandemic it is encouraged that you not be home during the cleaning.

Also, coming home to a clean home enhances the experience vs. if your there the whole time. 

CAN I LEAVE A KEY?

Yes! Leaving a key is preferred. This way we’re not holding you up if there’s traffic or if parking is a little harder than usual to find. All keys are stored in a lock box in the office when not in use.

CAN I TRUST YOUR CLEANERS?

Yes you can! All of our cleaners are fully background checked state and nationally.

We do in person interviews.

We only hire people we would invite into our own home. 

We pay above market rates to reduce turnover and provide fair pay for the increasing cost of living.

ARE YOU LICENSED, BONDED AND INSURED?

Yes we are! We are insured up to $1M in general liability coverage with Hiscoxx insurance company. And we are bonded up to $10K with the Hudson Insurance company. We are licensed in the state of New Jersey.
